A Repeat Cesarean or a VBAC? A new French book by Hélène Vadeboncoeur

This book is written for all women who gave birth by cesarean section and all pregnant women and their partners who wish to avoid one. It will also be of interest to midwives, doulas, childbirth educators, and nurses who want to learn more about this subject and to help their clients make informed decisions about the benefits and risks of repeat cesarean and VBAC. This book includes research studies as well mothers’ stories of their own childbirth experiences.

Hélène Vadeboncoeur is an author, educator, perinatal researcher, and mother of two adult children. One born by cesarean and one by VBAC. This book gives the reader the benefit of both perspectives on the benefits, risks, and personal experiences of mothers who experienced both ways of giving birth.
